60's keeper league - Season 18- loading teams

Mike...would you mind running the numbers and setting the draft order before Season 20 when it arrives?

I'm assuming that when a replacement manager comes on board they inherit not only a team, but also the W/L record.

Will do Jimmy. Replacement manager will need to inherit the numbers of the previous manager. I don't see any other way to place them in the draft.

I'm fine with the new draft proposal. Shouldn't the tiebreaker be the lack of playoff appearances or some such?

If we use winning % instead of most wins or least losses, newcomers could stand on their own.

I hope that everyone caught the part about adding post-season wins to your win total. Post-season losses would not be factored in.

By adding in the play-off wins, teams wouldn't all have the same number of games played, so breaking ties might not be necessary if you take the % to enough decimal places. However we should have SOMETHING in place for such an event. Cumulative H-2-H?
