ATG Seasons Grand Challenge, 24 Teams - Full!

The ATG Seasons Grand Challenge will be a $120MM CAP 24 team league, using the FULL ATG set, with DH and 5% Cuts

If you like the format where players' team eligibility is determined by where/when a player played, and not whether he's carded for a specific team or season, if you're a fan of baseball-reference.com, this league will be for you.

Once 24 sign up, team draft order will be randomly determined.

Format

Pick any season from 1901 on
Pick either the NL or AL

Once selected, that year/league combination is off the board.

Build your team exclusively with players who played in your league your year. Players don't have to be carded for that season. Use any card in the set for your eligible players.

NEL cards will be permitted if they represent a player who played with a MLB team, in a year selected.

When you choose your league/season, name ONE team-eligible player you want to guarantee to your team. Put him 25th on your auto draft list.

The advantage to picking early is you get to pick your year and your ONE with more choices available.

The advantage to picking late is you'll know what's been selected, and can consider a year/league combo with less competition for players.

You must use a ballpark which hosted games in your league your season.

Between auto draft and waivers, you can trade any player away, as long as he goes to a team to which he's qualified. This is a lottery element...if you get lucky on guys you miss out on, and Hal gives you a player eligible for another league team, and that team happens to get a player eligible for your team, you can swap before waivers if you are both so inclined.

After waivers, you can only trade players who qualify for your team and the team you trade them to.

Divisional Assignments
We will load the league chronologically. So the teams in your division will be from your era. This means you'll be facing all the players you wanted, but didn't get, on a regular basis.
