Paul, we can have 10 prospects on our rosters now, right?

that is correct as proposal #2 from last year passed, extending the max # of prospects to 10. However they can only retain prospect status for 2 years so all the prospects that have "16" next to them must be promoted or dropped NOW. The dropped ones can be re-drafted and their clock starts over provided they still fit the definition of prospect "signed by MLB team but has NOT appeared in a MLB game"
