Hi

may you help me to understand:

- how I can send a PM to another manager? I'd like to contact a manager who has created a league. When I click on his name I can just see his trophies record.

- how I can participate to a league where teams have been selected, so no draft. Each time I have started a new team I never saw the possibility to skip the draft and participate to a league where teams are already selected.

To PM another manager, click on his name here in the boards and then click on "Send Private Message" on the left side of the resulting page.

To participate in a private league, watch for an opening to be posted and then try to convince the commish of the league that you are qualified. Private leagues tend to look for managers who will be knowledgeable, prompt, and reliable.

First there is another way to send a PM to a member of the boards, If you see a post of theirs on the board, you'll notice, under their screen name there is a little picture, click on that and it opens the private message function and has it set to PM that board member.

Second you can't join a league until your team is completely drafted, you've ranked your 25 players and chosen your stadium, once you've done that you'll see a prompt that says join a league. If you are trying to join a private league, it likely is password protected, and already has it's members recruited. Check the threads here on the message boards. Also, you have to be sure you have the same parameters as the rest of the league, you can't draft with a $100 million salary cap and then try to join an $80 million league, it won't show 80 million leagues as options to join. So be sure you've chosen the right player set and correct salary cap.
