Couple updates:

Ocello still has to make cuts.

dlosier is new to league and had question about whether he needs to promote prospect now or can wait until after the FA draft. I told him the new rule that prospect promotions must be before the FA draft, so give him a day or so to decide whether he wants to promote a prospect and cut someone else or not.

tvf will decide when to start ballpark, FA and prospect drafts.

calbatross will be compiling list of available players.
