24 Team Live Draft League Drafted Last Night

Is anyone in that 24 team 80 million dollar live draft league that drafted last night (Sunday)?

If so, would you be willing to post your team?

I have always wondered how a 24 team 80 million dollar cap league team looks...

It would seem to me, that the cap should be a little lower for 24 teams, but maybe I am wrong. I would love to see what these teams look like.

Talent is a little thin but doable not much talent left if you screwed up draft not fixable after. Not thrilled with my team but compared to what? should be interesting

Having seen this list I would give the 24 team live draft format a try, even at 80 million, though I think it probably should be a little lower.... Really with 24 teams, you could also go the other way and have no cap at all.... It is nice being able to fill a league like that... I will keep my eyes open for future live draft 24 team leagues...


Those who may be interested, check out this team from an owner some of you will recognize ( a very competent owner), he seems to have built around the idea that you can win without good defense... You rarely see GMs using so many 4s and (even 5s) and even at middle of the field positions...

You could do this in a live draft format. But in a 24 team auto draft league, at least 3 or 4 owners would get screwed BADLY! And with no way to recover.

I absolutely agree and I would definitely steer clear of 24 team auto draft leagues unless the cap was 70 million or even lower.

A couple of other leagues you might be interested in looking at. Both are for 2016 but they were done recently so overall I would say the managers were much more familiar with the cards. I will freely admit for the league linked above that started this thread I was flying by the seat of my pants for a good portion of the draft and have no idea whether my team will work or crash and burn.

Interestingly with regard to recovering from a bad draft, rickburr's Motown Throwdown with 109 wins was 4th on the waiver list. Further there does not seem to be much correlation between level of success on the initial autodraft and playoff appearance:

I have been staring at the Motown Throwdown team to see how he won 109 games. Initial glance it is superior pitching and defense in AT&T.
