The time listed is the "end time" and not the beginning. So you may post your pick at 8:01 pm if your time is listed at 9 pm. and Paul made his pick in the safe 8:01+ hour. He was good. heekin went before his time because the person before him (Paul) had posted. That makes it a good pick - regardless of what time it is. That's how I understand it.

I picked after the person ahead of me did. I thought that was how it had always been done before. I assumed those before time had elapsed. No intent to jump the gun. Willing to re-pick if determined by commissioner. I saw it as an opportunity for me to pick before I went to bed. No problems either way.

Fred is right. In this case, Turtle's time ran out at 7PM. Whatever happened after that, his pick was to be made from players available whenever he got around to taking his turn. The fact that others picked ahead of their deadline time is not relevant in this case since it was after 7PM.
