I'll take #2 Red Sox.

I've avoided taking them for a while because they're my favorite team, and I hate to be disappointed in my idols...

There is a lot of pressure, but I dove right in (Red Sox my favorite team as well) with my first try at this format (MLB22) and that worked out. I'd wish you good luck but we're in the same division

Thanks! Yeah, I'll hate it if Yaz breaks my heart but as a Sox fan I guess heartbreak comes with the territory.

Out of curiousity, why do folks avoid the Red Sox?

Same division as Yankees?

Lack of pitchers?

Outside of Yaz, Ted, Rice and Doerr, theater top players for the Sox (Ruth, Foxx, Speaker, Lynn, Leonard, etc) all were top players for another franchise as well. Can't get most of them.

Yeah, similar situation with the As and Reds. Lots of potential talent but very draft dependent. And the division is a killer on top of that.
