As I stated before, we need to get the Prospect draft moving.

The rules for the Prospect Draft are that "any player signed by an MLB team that has NOT played in an MLB game" can be drafted. Any players that were prospects whose 2-year time limit ran out that still are prospects may be re-selected and have their clocks reset. We will begin this draft (and run it concurrently with our FA draft). This rule was prior to today's games. In other words they could not have played in an MLB game going into this season.
