Balls and Strike Force faceoff in Season 1 Finals beginning tomorrow night. Everyone else is already looking ahead to season 2.

Below, I’m posting the order for the NEL draft, we are open for business.

Once we complete the draft, post your 5 keepers, in reverse order (best record first, 12-1 on this list).

If you are changing ballparks, post your new park when you declare your 5 keepers.

Remember, divsional assignments and team names are staying the same into season 2. You can change your town name if you change parks. You can only change parks once throughout the 4 seasons.

That’s exactly right. You can take season 1 guys all the way through season 4 if you wish. See, this is getting even more fun already!

When do we draft?

If we are wanting to change ball parks for season two, are there any restrictions or can we pick any field in the ATG 8 set?

Glenn did say we are open for business - I'm sorry to be so late BUT the Grand parents wanted to color eggs with the G-kids and ya just can't say NO.

SO here goes,

Ballpark - The Rockford Regents are moving to Fenway '46, and will hereafter be known as the Rockport Regents (it's a little town outside Boston. Easy commute for the players).

We are retaining the following players from our nearly 100 loss season:

Three Finger Brown (P)
Pete Alexander (P)
George Bradley (P)
King Kelly (RF)
Heinie "Heintz" Groh (3B)

It is my understanding that I do NOT need to roster all of these players (give them a guaranteed contract) BUT I do need to have them on the bottom of my auto-draft, if I intend to roster them for Season 2, and they are the ONLY db ERA players that I may have on my roster in Season 2 (all others must be pre ERA or my one NeL player).

We also select (as our Negro League supplement) Mr. Josh Gibson (C). We expect that he will add about 40 wins to our team, so you have all been warned.

We’re using the pre-WW2 set so, any park available under the set. I assume the parks are limited by the set? Season 3 goes to the full ATG set if I’m right on my assumption, ballpark choices will increase.
