I have 11 pitchers, but one uncarded. Do I add a pitcher from FA to put my team at 25, then drop him after the auto draft?

As we have discussed in the ILC over the past week, you can only use players who are on your 28-player roster. If you can not legally load a team with what you now have, then you need to drop a player and draft (and keep) a replacement.

this is getting annoying. A MAJOR part of this league was that you had to keep 18 and have a legal team. To be able to drop players after the fact is not right. I understand why it is having to be done, but if owner's would PLEASE be more vigilant during the draft this wouldn't be the case. I'd love to be able to drop a guy now for someone still left, but I can't. cuz I had to keep 18 (which has been discussed for multiple seasons now) but...if I'd simply not followed the rules, then I could. Not right.

and this is not just at you Mike, you are not the first.

Dropping Carlos Lee is fine -- adding a player who is on willmurr's roster is not.

Please check the rosters and then try again.

Results to date are posted at https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ ... =122626763

We've had 3 champs in 3 seasons:
ironwill1
paul j kiggins
Terry101

And 18 of the 24 franchises have earned playoff berths at least once. Only 2 teams have made it to the playoffs all 3 seasons:
paul j kiggins
oldmansmith2

With a number of bottom-feeders hanging back to prep for later years, the W/L records are still a bit skewed, with 16 of the 24 teams above .500 so far.

Special mention goes to Falcon29 whose teams have done well, at 88-90 wins each season. Only 6 teams have higher win totals, however he has yet to qualify for the end of season festivities.
