"Live" Draft (on the message boards) or Autodraft? If live draft, the drafting order would be based on the final overall standings with #1 in points getting the #1 pick, etc. and then snaking around for subsequent rounds (i.e., round 2 is 12, 11, 10, etc). We probably would aim for 10-12 rounds (an "even" number has been normally deemed the fairest) for the "live" draft (normally taking about 1 week), and then everyone fills out the rest of their draft cards with players not taken in the live draft. The message board draft has worked reasonably well in the past.

Unique Stadiums (i.e., everyone in the league has to have a different stadium)? Yes or No? If auto draft, probably just let owners draft stadiums based on final standings (1-12), if live draft we normally include a draft pick of the stadium as part of the draft.

I'll set up the "live" draft in a separate thread. 80s Set. $80M. DH. Must draft an unique stadium. Divisions will random. We normally try to do 10 or 12 rounds.

Live draft was 9-3 over autodraft. 2 votes said part live. Is any clarification required as to how much of the draft is live?
Unique stadiums carried with a 10-2 vote . One clearly said unique but randomly assigned. 4 said draft unique stadiums. Is clarification required for the other 5 Yes votes on whether it’s unique and drafted, or unique but random?

We have never done more than a partial live draft. 10-12 rounds "live" drafted is normally the limit.

Large majority for unique stadiums. On unique stadiums, the random concept should only apply if it autodrafted. With the "live" draft, you can draft a stadium as early as you want. If someone really values a certain stadium, take it early.

We clearly voted for repeat stadiums.

At least one other person should recheck my tabulation of the votes for the decade playing set. It was a close vote. I’d hate to discover I was wrong , but too late to do anything about it.

Are you being facetious? 10-2 unique vs not unique.

The vote was 10-2 in favor of unique stadiums. Obviously, people like the idea of having a unique stadium for the finals.

You misunderstand what repeat stadiums meant. It means you can draft a stadium you previously used during the tournament.
