Woo Hoo!
I also finally got around to publishing the NLD History xls file. You can copy and paste this URL if you want to check out history:
http://angelfire.com/games5/joethejet/NLD_History.xls Notes
- Stoney wins his fourth, tied for the most with JTJ, Big M, AT and Jeep. It was his 14th playoff appearance in 30 seasons.
- Stoney continued his make the playoffs/not make the playoffs pattern that he's had since NLD 42. So, I guess no chance at a repeat????
- Since NLD 41, one and only one of Semper/Stoney always makes the playoffs so Semper is probably a shoe-in this time
- GB broke a long playoff drought and beware because he's always made the playoffs in triplets!
- Falcon has proved to be a difficult opponent making the playoffs in four of his six NLD seasons.
- AK made the playoffs in his first attempt, but also became the first sub .500 team to make it since NLD 42 (Falcon also in his first season!)
- For the ony other < .500 playoff team you'd have to go back to NLD 15 when Cummings2 made it, also in his first season. That's kind of crazy.
- Big A didn't make it for the first time in the last three.
- Even though JTJ didn't make the playoffs, he improved his winning pct and remains in second .003 behind Silver
- The spread of wins from high to low and the STD Deviation for the wins was the highest (9.2) since NLD 34
- Best record in the regular season won for the 16th time.
All I got, any other things you guys see? Also, how do you guys like the name for the thread??
