I couldn't quite believe it the first time I saw the score in the league headlines. There's a lot of interesting stuff here, the thing that caught my attention first was John McGraw. he had zero hits, yet he scored 4 runs in this game. Also, a relief pitcher Hal Carlson had 4 hits. I'll have to check out the record books to see if this broke any single game records for total runs or single games records like 6 walks or 4 hits by a pitcher.
No theme really, just that nobody on your team is allowed to have much range. I think everyone position player has to be a 4 at their primary position, and all the pitchers have an ERA > 4.00. Ugly games like this could be the tip of the iceberg, we've only played 6 games.

I love the various crazy league rules people come up with. I’d be afraid the pitchers would get emotionally scarred ...even in a virtual league.
