Description: PLEASE read the rules carefully. This is a Franchise league. All players you draft must have a card for one of the franchises you select. You may use ANY CARD that they have, but they MUST have a card from your franchises. NO franchises can be duplicated. You must choose a ballpark that one of your franchises played in. Please clearly label your team name with the franchises you picked. Players from the Yankee franchise, BABE RUTH, and NeL players cannot be picked during the draft.
Pick ONE franchise combination: 2 teams left 3 to choose from!
1) A’S/MARLINS;
2)INDIANS/BLUE JAYS;
3)REDS/WHITE SOX;
One franchise combination will be unselected. At waivers and during the season, all NEL, Yankee, pre-1900 players who do not appear on any team drop-down menu (Hecker, Barnes, Baldwin, etc.), and players from the unselected franchises will be free agents and available to all. After the draft, if you end up with an NeL player, a Yankee, or one of the other players restricted during the draft per the rules (who didn't play for your franchise), you must drop them before waivers. Please drop the most expensive player first. Please work with other managers to help get the most valuable players into the pool before waivers run. We can make trades to try to get all the big name Yankee and NeL players into the pool before waivers, or other players to teams they have exclusive rights to. Otherwise, TRADES are OK as long as both teams hold the rights to the players they are trading. By opening night, the only players that can be on your roster are the ones that played for your franchises WITH a card for your franchises, any Yankee, NeL player or other free agent that was picked up during or after waivers, and players you legally traded for.
