How do you maximize use of a super reliever ?

what settings are needed to get the most use of a Chad Green type relief pitcher?

I will set him to f7 or F8 as when you add some fatigue you get results similar to a lesser reliever...this keeps him in the game a bit longer...I also set them to set up and close...If you get two studs you can alternate them each series i.e,
games 1-3 A Miller middle and set up in first position close in second position K Jansen second choice for set up and first choice to close....the next series games 4-6 switch them....
I got 230 innings of relief from those two this season

and 270 innings out of them last season..
