as a reminder, the initial league divisions will be random and then seasons 2-5 will be by reverse order of finish. IN seasons 2-5, we keep 3 players off our own teams and then a one round draft to pick a 4th player from the remaining player universe. draft order for seasons 2-5 is reverse order where you finish, worst picks first, etc.
