I would keep him. He might even have his best (68) card; it would be consistent with his results. Also, he is hitting his share of homeruns. One good thing about Horton is even his worst card isn't that bad. In fact cards 2-5 are pretty close to each other; only his best card (which he might have) stands out.
Furthermore, in an online $80 million cap league, you cannot expect a hitter to hit his average. The pitching he is up against is better than he faced in real life, so don't expect him to hit .270. (I'm not saying it can't happen, but odds are he won't.)
PS. I noticed he stole a base. Be sure to set him not to not steal in hitting preferences. Do this with all D and E base stealers. I even do this with most C base stealers.
