Playoff Rest Glitch

I've noticed what I believe to be a glitch in the playoff pitcher rest situation. I've "thought" it had happened before but never said anything about it, but this time it's more glaring.

Example: My team makes the semis and has Dale Murray rested for game 1, he pitches in both games 1 & 2, then rests game 3 and pitches again in games 4 & 5. My team wins the series in 5 games, but the other series goes to 6 games, so Murray should be "rested" going into game one of the finals. Therefore he'd likely pitch games 1, 2, 4, 5 & 7. But instead HAL doesn't recognize that he had a night off, so he doesn't pitch game 1, he rests. So no he will only pitch in games 2, 3, 5 & 6. So because of HAL's glitch, I lose a night of pitching from the best reliever in the game.

Has anyone else noticed this before?

And now I wonder how he treats position player injuries???

Well since you used Dale Murray almost 7 times his total innings pitched by the playoffs his arm should quit working and you would not had at all. But hey take advantage of the super reliever glitch and exploit it anything to win. Pathetic really.

Sorry it doesn't work that way. And until Strat fixes the Super Reliever issue, more and more people are going to continue to use it. I've been in leagues recently where over half the league was using the Super Reliever model.

I was pointing out the irony of you complaining about not having Murray available to you as much as you preferred in the playoffs and your blatant overuse of him through the season was comical. This is supposed to be a game where you choose a team from all eras of baseball available then using all aspects of a game to have fun and hopefully win.
Exploiting a loophole in the rulesto win cause you can is like all the steroid using cheats that used them before it was illegal with the mentality do what it takes to win regardless what it takes or cost. It's all about winning right!

Thanks for posting that. Good to see that A) I'm not nuts, B) Strat doesn't give a rats ass about obvious issues and C) People have been complaining about Super Reliever abuse for over 2 years and once again Strat doesn't give a rats ass about obvious issues.
