c'mon Strat, no World Series deal offered????

Have been waiting on possibly purchasing a 5-pack and figured they usually do a World Series deal (usually an all-star break one too) but seems like the trend is to ignore this community entirely....hmmmmmmm

agreed. Garcia's blog which was once every 2 weeks is now M.I.A. for 5 1/2 months. recent history (past year or so) is not good with Strat. Nothing new (other than some new cards now and then) and 1 horrible attempt at a football game (which seems to be just a retread of a 10+ year old model) and no customer service (other than apologies for breakdowns) even when, according to them bugs were found that caused pitchers to pitch back-to-back games. Those bugs were found and fixed....until it happened again a couple weeks later....and then again a couple weeks after that. Hopefully that problem really is fixed now. and hopefully we'll see some service. and hopefully Garcia's blog will start up again. and hopefully.....aw just forget it.

Six really. As soon as TSN kicked SOM to the curb. The latest is no sound or chat capabilities with the live drafts. Not only don't they communicate with us, they don't seem to even want us communicating between ourselves. Hell of a way to run a small business. I rarely buy credits and now never more than a five pack during a sale. Don't want to get stuck with unusable credits if, or when, they pull the plug.

Seriously, now it has become a matter of principle and fairness. You can't add $2.00 PROCESSING FEE to order a 5 pack WITHOUT the usual 5 pack discount... if you're gonna destroy the site , than just get it over with... people on here are STILL loyal to Strat even after all the sh*t you have put us through. Wake up and do something to get the site back to it'ds glory days ...

Word is: Two dollar processing fee is no longer charged. It is being refunded for Strat 365 orders it was charged.
