Unable to log in to buy new credits

I get an error message saying I'm not logged in even though I am. I tried to email you but yahoo has screwed up my account.

I have a different problem. Getting an error message that states something about a risk model using either of my credit cards and I've been a customer for a long time and never had an issue purchasing credits in the past.

They dont work weekends in tech support try tomorrow.

They said they resolved the issue, but it continues to happen. I can't buy new credits so it's their loss. Idiots.

Wrote to them about the absence of PayPal. The reply was that PayPal is accepted...but when I went to triple-check, nowhere on the payment page is PayPal mentioned.

I logged out and logged back in only to get stopped at some shipping address loop. Why don't they test their software before they let it loose on us?

Strat's response to me after three days was we are experiencing issues with the process, please try again.

Here's the letter I just received from support:

We have refunded the $2 processing fee on all orders that were placed for 365 credits. This was in error with the launch of the new site.
