After Tanaka was dealt my Major League roster went down to 39. So you take 39-11 Drops + 4 prospects = 8 picks. Or you could make it 40 (with Cano) -11 +3 (Hayes no longer on team) = 8 again. Either way it comes out to 8 picks for now.
