2019 Mystery Tournament Parameters and Sign ups

an update. If you read this thread, I hope you will agree that it is reasonable to replace Rosie as commissioner and revert back to the traditional rules. Juiced JC and I have contacted SOM and asked that Rosie's initial post be removed and replaced with a post that the Tournament will be changed to the traditional format. So, that is the direction we are heading. The sign-up list will be retained. Everyone who has signed-up will be considered to be signed up for the traditional format and Rosie's rules will not be in force for this year's tournament. Sign-ups will continue and I'll make another post.

What is the planned start date now? I would imagine its no longer 1/14/19.

So, just for my general interest, the 60s and 70s will both be no DH leagues - did I get that right?

yes, 60s and 70s are no-DH, 80s and 90s are DH. Thanks for volunteering to help. Right now, there isn't a lot to do. We really need help getting leagues set up and rounding up people to enter their leagues. Around Jan 21, we'll run a random number generator to assign leagues - then we'll need a lot of help in making lists of each league, message board posts for each league and setting up the leagues themselves. Then trying to get in touch with players to get their teams loaded. Everything will be exactly the same as last year.
