2019 Mystery Tournament Parameters and Sign ups

Another question I'm hoping someone can help me with. I was starting to browse through the available players and cards for the sets we'll be using, and I noticed that the 60s and 90s have the option to download the player list as an Excel spreadsheet (as is usually the case with other seasons), but the 70's and 80's do not have this option. Any idea why or where I can get an excel spreadsheet? Maybe only after entering a league for some reason? Particularly with the five cards per player Excel makes it a lot easier to compare players.
