The numbers 1 to 6 on pbp screen in mystery leagues

On the play by play screen there is a column just to the right of the player’s name which is a single digit between one and six. (For example, stennet below has a 4) According to the FAQ posting is has something to do with the dice roll.
Is it the column with 1 to 3 the hitters card and 4 to 6 the pitchers card?
