For WBKL, looks like everyone is back for this year.

Ballparks, 5 teams changed their ballpark last year and will not be able to change this year unless via trade, they are (MEAT, edub1969, lferenti123, lakeviewdave, and dharmabums). There will be a ballpark draft at end of FA draft, you will have to drop your ballpark along with you player drops.

Everyones roster is at 40, EXCEPT for Lakeviewdave (38) and Turtle (41), so Turtle will need a drop now.

See the tab "Draft_2019" for everything related to the drafted for this year.

Draft order is as follows (wins in []):

1. MEAT [130]
2. bigmahon [145]
3. edub1969 [147]
4. nyhawk129921 [152]
5. ehlekev1 [160]
6. hk mossy [161]
7. WJS6768 [163]
8. lferenti123 [172]
9. lakeviewdave [176]
10. The Turtle [176]
11. dharmabums [176]
12. Dr.Publix [186]

For the 3-team tiebreaker, I took head-to-head results (winning %) over both seasons 1 and 2, records were:
dharmabums 40-29 (21-15 vs turtle, 19-14 vs lakeviewdave)
The Turtle 41-43 (15-21 vs dharmabums, 26-22 vs lakeviewdave)
lakeviewdave 36-45 (14-19 vs dharmabums, 22-26 vs turtle)

League Spreadsheet on Google Docs - updated with Combined tab for rosters by position, see Page 1 of this thread.

Time to vote on the following, all would be effective with year 2020 (ie, next year).

PLEASE USE QUOTE FUNCTION TO COPY THIS DOWN WHEN ANSWERING THE QUESTIONS

1. Shorten supplemental draft from 3 to 2 rounds
2. Shorten prospect draft from 3 to 2 rounds
3. Able to draft anyone who played in MLB (currently rules stated for carded players only, so there are some players who played but did not carded so cannot be drafted in FA or prospect drafts, I propose that these players are eligible for FA draft and not prospect draft).

For each to pass, 8 'Yes' votes are needed.

Format - answer 1, answer 2, answer 3
Example MANAGER X - Yes, No, Yes

MEAT
bigmahon
edub1969
nyhawk129921
ehlekev1
hk mossy
WJS6768
lferenti123
lakeviewdave - Yes, Yes, Yes
