MLB Curveball league

Not wanting to show impatience, but I wonder if the commish, Patrickmac, would allow us to send him proxy choices. Given the nature of the league, it's often possible to know two, three, or four slots out which player (or ranked pair of players) you're going to draft.

Again given our format, in some cases, as with Bonds, no other team will be able to draft a player before he gets to you. In that situation, the player--like Bonds-- could be announced publicly. We've already done it with Bonds, so that precedent it set. If the commish will allow us to send him proxies, and if it's ok with the other managers, that might help move things along with minimal stress.

Personally, I'm making certain decisions on the fly based on how things play out. I'd vote to keep going as we are. We have time.

I’ll leave this decision to each owner. If you want to send proxy picks send me a private message (assume everyone knows how). I’ll then pick for you based on your proxies. I can’t promise how much I’ll speed this up, but I’ll try. If you’d rather wait for your selection, that’s fine too.

Sounds good. Whether a proxy makes sense at all will depend on a lot of varying circumstances and also on the preference of the owner.
