The league will be $131,300,000 DH 10% drop.
I will set cap at $132 mil so each owner can get as close to the $131,300,000. To go along with the 13 theme.
SOM will change the cap once we draft.
I asked SOM if they could make a ballpark SI's 1-13 and Hr's 1-13 both Left & Right sides. (They will) We used Chase Field last time
I took the top 12 Hitters and top 12 SP's and grouped them as follows: 1-12, 2-11,3-10, 4-9, etc.
