Pre-Card Draft Keeper League -- Season 28

PROPOSED RULE CHANGE

Strat will require us to carry 11 pitchers, effective with the 2018 season's card set. This is an issue because many managers have routinely chosen to carry 15 position players on their active rosters and would not be able to do so now, with our current active roster limit of 25 for games 1-132.

Shall we increase the total active roster size because of that, from 25 to 26 for games 1-132?
