2018 Unleashed Set, 24 Team 90m Standard Waivers, Franchise League, Divisions based on Roster Value! 2 Player Draft, lowest value franchise gets 1st & 25th pick from franchises not listed.
Teams over 90m (and other teams if they wish to drop more players for the draft) must list the players they're releasing to get under 90m or more before the player draft so they become available to other franchises. Any players released by any franchise immediately become available during the season but Franchise gets 1st dibs on drafting.
