I think March 16 is the drop deadline.

I have been swamped with work and traveling for work, so I apologize for being missing for a little while. With regards to question about roster cuts (yes I did borrow the rules from another keeper league), my intention by using the bullet point one under the annual free agent draft, was that you must have at least 30 players on your roster and no less than 25 after cuts are made. So, I did not intend for teams to be able to cut more players and have less than 25 players on your team going into the draft.

So if my cuts + promotions leave me at 25 it’s ok to cut more than 15

Hope you don't mind me stepping in to interpret the rules in your stead. There was another issue concerning prospects on pg 35 of the thread, that I answered too, you probably want to check that out and make sure I gave the right answer.

Like I said, I'm happy with that interpretation. I just wanted to make sure.
