Jhoulys Chacin(5-1) thrilled the fans at Camden Yards 2018 as he crafted a no-hit masterpiece against the Breyers Vanillas. The Rocky Road PA Foot Long Dream won by a final score of 2 to 0.

Chacin had his best stuff and was 'painting the black' with every pitch. A beautiful game to watch. He walked 2 Breyers batters. The tension was mounting with every inning after the 6th. Chacin appeared oblivious himself to the mounting history until two were out in the 9th. Only then, did he allow himself one deep sigh and a slow trip around the mound. Chacin recorded 10 strikeouts. The Breyers offense proved no trouble in the bottom of the 9th.

Jeremy Hellickson(3-1) suffered the loss. 'I gave it everything I had. It's probably the greatest day of my life,' Chacin said. 'I was out there focusing on my catcher's glove, that's all. I just concentrated on pitching my game.'

Scherzer threw one last night for me. 1 walk. 8 Ks.

History was made in Blind Picks as Max Scherzer(7-4) thrilled the crowd by tossing a perfect game and the Moe, Larry The Cheese defeated the Blind Picks Mayhem1 by the score of 7 to nothing.

Scherzer was just too much for Blind Picks. The tension started to build around the 6th inning. By the 9th inning the crowd was electrified. Scherzer struckout 10 Blind Picks batters. Moe, Larry had a total of 7 hits for the game.

Kyle Freeland(4-6) took the loss. He pitched 6 innings allowing 5 hits and 6 walks. When asked how his stuff was out there, Scherzer looked a bit incredulous (as did this reporter) and replied 'A bit better than average, I'd have to say'
