My objective is to add as much of the actual team that is voted in as possible, including the low priced bench players. The AB and IP minimums would definitely be lower than for individual card adds (though still looking to avoid any more Gates Brown types).
In this case, with 1999 and 2001 running so close, I suggest that we look to add cards from whichever one loses the vote, to replace those already in the set from the winning season. (4 in from 1999, 3 in from 2001).
