Unexplained HBP hitter result

In a 90's league, Mark Parent was HBP with no injury against a LHP. That result doesn't exist in any of his 5 cards. He does have a HBP + injury, and my other catcher was already injured at the time.....did HAL take mercy on me and not give Parent an injury? Is there some other explanation?

Yes, HAL did not give catcher Parent an injury because your other catcher was injured.
