Major League Keeper League (MLKL)

Proposal to amend rule 5 in the prospect rules to the following rule starting in 2020:

- Prospects must be promoted prior to the spring free agent draft to be eligible to be rostered at the start of the first season of play. The only exception is If a roster dips below 40 due to a trade after the annual FA draft.

Hi Guys,

With only a few picks left in the FA draft, I have kicked off the prospect draft as well using our same thread. We don’t have to wait until all of the remaining FA picks are made before making those picks. We will just keep it untimed until the FA draft is done and then move to the 24 hour clock once the FA has been completed. Please no skipping until that time.

As a reminder, prospects are defined as players who are signed by major league organizations prior to the start of the 2019 MLB season but have never appeared in an MLB game.

Also if anyone would from the east would like to create the league we can start loading.

And finally, if you haven't voted on the current rule change proposal, please do so.
