Major League Keeper League (MLKL)

Proposal to amend rule 5 in the prospect rules to the following rule starting in 2020:

- Prospects must be promoted prior to the spring free agent draft to be eligible to be rostered at the start of the first season of play. The only exception is If a roster dips below 40 due to a trade after the annual FA draft.

The FA draft is done and we are part way through the FA draft. The 24 hour clock for round 1 will start tomorrow morning at 10:00 AM with Ray up. The second round is the same 3 hour clock as the FA draft.
