I will take them & obviously some luck went my way there, but ironically the number grew to -128.

You're just making up that number right? Otherwise, please educate us on how you're coming up with that.

My pitcher card rolls minus their hitter cards rolls plus my hitter card rolls minus their pitcher card rolls = x
509 446 = -63 + 414 479 = -65 = -128

Ah, gotcha. That's just a portion of luck of course, but certainly not insignificant.

It doesn't account for Engel getting a clutch game winning hit versus a LHP either. ;)

Gallo is getting ready to go on a "tear." His .106 / .175/ .266 is just a ruse to lull the rest of you to sleep.

Yeah, probably about the same time as Familia starts pitching good. His 2.75 WHIP and 7.50 ERA and 4 BS in 12 IP (19 hits, 14 walks)have put a big crimp in our plans, but, as you say, we're lulling everyone to sleep! ;) he has zero clean innings so far.

Maybe I need to unleash Brach as my RH closer instead of using Familia!

Eh, it's early I would bet everyone has someone suffering from SSS syndrome.

My games with the the Surfliners featured a matchup of Gallo with Travis Shaw - Shaw went 1-11 with 2 walks, while Gallo was 1-12 with 3 BBs. Gallo still leads the race to the bottom. :( (Did I mention that Dugger and others are playing on the other tail of the distribution? :D )

Well, another two BS (although we won one of the games) tonight so I took a look at the BS stats.

Turns out we have #1 and #2 in BS. Familia with 5 and Hernandez with 4. Only one other pitcher has more than two (Alexander).

Hernandez has already given up 8 HR. He gave up 6 last season (pitching in Cincy) in 64 IP. :(

Hoping that turns around or it's going to be a loooooong season.

OMG, a sure sign of the apocalypse! Familia had a 1-2-3 inning for the first time all year and got a save.

Of course Hernandez got his 5th BS in the next game, but we won it anyway so....

Ok, so Milleram and klx made some moves, give us the rationale behind the moves fellas....

Main reason was trying to change my luck. Bauer also had pretty much an even amount hitter/pitcher rolls and was under performing.
