I actually thought of that when I was posting this....maybe we should not randomize for top 15 league and just reverse the draft order. That would prevent that from happening to anyone.

I think that's an excellent idea, and not just because I had last pick both times. Makes it more fair, IMHO.

We likely won't have the exact same 12 managers. Is that fair to new managers and how would you put them into the open slots of non-returning managers? I would vote for randomization again but will go with whatever is decided.

That is a great point Randy....I think last time we had to replace two or three managers fir second league

Guys who sign up should commit to both leagues so that the 2nd season can be reverse order (which is the fairest of all options).
