Iam in a online 365 league 27 games in and Willie Mays is hitting .122 with 4 HRs, Sandy Koufax is 0-4 with a era of 7.90 any advice to improve these guys numbers would be appreciated,have you had similar numbers with these two?

Check the rolls under “misc” page to see if they have lopsided results.

27 games is too small of a sample size. Give them until Game 54 and reevaluate.
There is also a lot of variables we don't know that can affect their performance. Your ballpark, league salary, etc. TDKeams is also correct. There could be some lopsided dice rolls going against both players so early in the season. Again, things can even out.
