....You can't physically give someone something you don't have. In our case you can't trade a 1st round pick unless you make the cut that gives you the first round pick.

Yup. He can make promotions if he so chooses. But no picks. That’s like awarding him extra rounds and the rules state three rounds only.

Ok. 3 cuts needed Keith. Promote your prospect(s) with your "picks" if you choose once we get drafting.

Lev was a game opponent but congratulations go to Steve for a Game 7 win to take the ring. 3 walks followed by a Voit grand slam got it done. Drops for the Supp. draft due Sunday.
