all (S*-only) pitchers cards are unlimited on usage if they STARTED 40 or more games in their real life card year...
all pitcher cards are 100% max of real life card year innings if card year was 1961-1985...
All pitcher cards are 105% max of real life card year innings if card year was 1903-1960
Free agency drop cost penalty is only 5% up to game 142; no drops allowed games 143+.
We will be drafting our ballparks (and you get matching franchise) by text before our auto draft. Random draft order generated once full. No two GMs can be in the exact same ballpark (or obviously have the same franchise).
As seasons progress, by rule, you can have a franchise ...only ...once every 7 seasons.
(For example, season 1, you draft the Yankees, you can’t draft the Yankees again until season 7)
