It has been a while since I've played this theme so please excuse me if I ask ignorant questions.

I have found some rules in the MLB 44 thread, are these the rules for this league?

Are NEL players (those who did not play for an MLB franchise) available to all teams during and after waivers?

If we put 24 players on our autodraft list, then we will be unable to drop any NEL player we may end up with from the autodraft. If they are not free agents then this is no issue. Otherwise, Beckwith, Wells, Stearns, Dihigo, Chino, and Mackey are all certain to be on rosters following the draft.

The rules are the same however I have added a draft 25 player requirement instead of the 25-28 option. I am trying to enhance the excitement of waivers with the addition of a few more quality cards that may end up on franchise rosters.

The Negro League cards are not available until the initial draft has processed with the exception of a Ne Star that actually played in the Major Leagues. The Negro League cards are added during and after the waivers which will occur two days from the auto draft at 5:00 Eastern.
