Saw a league forming for 1986 player set. How do you join a non-featured league? Sorry if it's a silly question but I cannot figure it out.

Contact Strat online support and ask them to create a 1986 team for you...

just sent email to strat. doubtful I get a team made in time to load today but we shall see.

Why cant we just use the 1986 season under "Choose a season" and create our team like any other league? Am I missing something? 
To many teams, not enough time! Must be an addiction!!

Yes, I agreed, it is very strange that 1986 and 1999 ( and for that matter 1969) are no longer given as options when creating a team. I see a live draft with the 1999 season is forming with 7 managers in.I tried to join but it is not given as an option.
I am not keen on having to write SOM and ask for them to create a team.
