Should 100 win teams automatically earn a freebie?

This came up in a discussion recently, but I can't for the life of me find the topic/thread.

But winning 100 games is an accomplishment in this game (unless you have multiple teams in the same league then it's possible to win 143) and should be rewarded in some fashion. It was suggested that 100 win teams earn a freebie automatically and I personally thought it was a great idea. From my experience, there is a 100 win team maybe once very 5-10 leagues at the most.

It would sure take the sting out of being the best team in the league and then getting bounced in the semis.

Thoughts?

And does anyone with Strat's ear want to present such an idea?

what about you win a 100 games, then win it all, you get an extra credit? 3 instead of 2.

I'm all for it, although I doubt Strat is in any hurry to hand out more credits

I would much rather see a credit of .25 for the two teams eliminated in the first round. You make the play-offs there should at least a partial credit put into your bank. I think such a reward for making it that far would stimulate sales. Bill

Would love to see the community come to a consensus on some issues and petition Strat to make changes that the community deems important.

I'm all for it, although I doubt Strat is in any hurry to hand out more credits

Without digging too deep, we're talking about probably one extra freebie every 6 leagues. That isn't going to kill anyone, but it's going to make 100 game winners not feel quite so crappy when they get bounced in the semis by an 82 win wild card team.

Of my last 50 completed leagues, there have been (11) 100+ win teams. Of those leagues at least 7 have been 24 team leagues.

That would mean 11 teams have won 100 or more games out of 684 possible teams.

Maybe it's just me, but I think they can afford to give a freebie away once every 62.2 teams.
