Yes, you can just carry only ONE High Dollar Option at a time. (ALLOWED players are different)

Sorry to nitpick here, and maybe I'm a little impatient, but I prefer to draft a team and have the league start ASAP.

I hustled to get my teams in, and it kinda sucks finding out we're gonna wait a week now to start.

yes. no players over 6.5 except your "High-Dollar" guy. That guy can be up to 7.5 (and maybe a little more in some cases).

Relief pitchers up to $3.5mil with high dollar of $4.5 or so.
