Course, I'm not sure I can blame you for my 3-7 finish or the five straight losses to finish the season. Had I flipped those two on my own, we'd have made the playoffs.

I did make what I call a huge lapse of judgement/forethought going into the playoffs. I thought about it the day after the first two games of the series. I had clinched going into the final day. I should have not pitched Sale in that last reg. season series so he could start Games 1 & 6 instead of Games 2 & 7, in which there was no Game 7. Additionally, if we had advanced vs. Smoke Sale would not have been able to pitch in the Finals, which he would have been able to do pitching Games 1 & 6 of the Semis. You just can't make mistakes like that.

Tough break for you Jeep, you faced a hot JF in your division and then an otherworldly hot Smokey who has gone 29-6!
