I'm OK either way on divisions, but the structure did seem to work well. If everyone could please chime in with "Structured" or "Random," for division set up, we will run with the majority.

I've done it both ways. With the structured format, teams picking deeper in the draft had the opportunity to inform their draft from the teams in their division that had already been picked.

I did this once before. We did the divisions the way treyomo stated. I would prefer that set up as it makes the leagues more competitive. Go ahead and sign me up.
