No, the scorer assumes the run scored on Bonds' single with 2 outs.

Yeah but Banks REACHED on error. How can his run ever be earned no matter how many outs?

The scorer assumed that BOONE scored. What was the score at the beginning of the inning? Tied? If it was tied the assumption is Boone would of been more aggressive

beginning of the inning, they were up 2-0.
I don't think official scorer can assume someone else would have scored.
Maybe Boone falls down.
Or more importantly, 1-2 on Bond's card is a Single with $.
So with 2 outs, Bonds chokes in the clutch.
