Hi Y'all,

Happy Thanksgiving to all.

I wanted to check in with everyone to see where we are with our FA Draft start date of Monday, Dec. 2nd. It's not too late to postpone the draft if someone wishes. We're doing this pretty early obviously so we have all kinds of time to play with. You may email me back to tell me if you want a postponement. We can figure it out from there. Of course there are advantages to beginning so early with the "Spring" FA draft...and that is we won't have to draft this league once the rest of your leagues are drafting in March or April. To me that is HUGE incentive to draft early. But I also recognize that we each may have certain issues to address - at this time -. that can potentially take our attention away from drafting. Even if everyone is good to go for drafting on December 2nd as planned I want to still be open to whatever needs are expressed (within reason of course) for the rest of the draft.

Anyways, if we begin on Dec. 2 as planned we'll start with no time clock for the first round. Following rounds will draft with three-hour drafting windows. Time windows will be announced the night before through both email and the draft thread (not made yet) for those coming rounds.
