FRANCHISE LEAGUE Full draft list inside MAKE NEL Picks

So the players for the Milwaukee Braves are eligible to be Milwaukee Brewers. Does that mean that Atlanta Braves are also eligible to be Brewers? Just checking.

Couple of questions (sorry if they're dumb, but I figure it's better to ask):

1. Any one who played for your Franchise even if they do not have a card (Means Mays and the Duke automatic Mets)
I assume that under this rule, Aaron is automatically a Brewer?

2. After draft you may select two others who have NOT played for any of the franchise listed (example Ripken not tied to any team).
Can you clarify which draft you're referring to? Are you selecting these guys in the Auto-Draft after the team/NeL Draft, or in Waivers, after the Auto-Draft? Since this includes guys like Mantle, Williams, Maddux, Musial, Kiner, etc...would you consider making them part of the post-franchise live round(s), rather than just NeL?

I had thought about it but did not want to stretch out pre draft that much longer...It should have stated after auto draft during waivers you can select two players...will be plenty of talent to go around


And, do you have to use a ballpark tied to your franchise?

In response to the above question, Aaron is only eligible as a Brewer because he played for them and his only other team - the Braves - are not an available team in this league. A player must have played for one of the teams in this league.

Are these two players from the Post WW2 era also or can they be from any ERA? For example is anyone going to draft Ruth and Gehrig or are we sticking with Mantle and Barry Bonds? I would have thought it was obvious to be Post WW2 but you have thrown NEL players into the mix so now I'm not sure.

Also do we put these two players in our waivers list or are they picked up post waivers? If the answer is post waivers what is the penalty for a team that uses waivers to pick up their two extra players?

Since this will be post wwii Ruth and Gehrig will not show up in the pool ...The NEL players do show up...

The two wild cards will not be on your draft card and will be avail during waivers...
